Yoga is a physical and mental practice of moving breath and body as one that can be done on a mat or a chair. The framework for our yoga classes is as follows unless otherwise noted in the description.
Feel Good Flow
All levels is the key word for this class. Modifications are offered throughout this class to increase or decrease the level of challenge.
Chair yoga is done both seated in the chair and if desired/accessible standing behind the chair for a few postures.
A class to move and breath in a way that is completely nurturing and mindful. This class is an opportunity to deeply connect mind – body and create profound awareness.
Yin yoga is a practice of balance and harmony. It is a physical practice of yoga asana that uses gravity and body weight to find space between the bones and ease in the tissues that bind the body together.
This class offers the chance to build or create muscle endurance and strength through poses held isometrically and through movement.
Shapes are held for a few breaths longer than usual to help the body feel the effects of that shape as well as offer the chance to build strength and endurance if desired
Is a low impact conditioning class for everyone that combines elements of Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. Absolutely no dance skills or experience is needed. Barre builds balance, flexibility, confidence, improved range of motion and coordination and better posture.

Offers the same energizing movements and benefits as the barre classes but offered with a little more explanation at a slower pace.
Are you short on time but still want to get your barre on?! This is your class! Dirty 30 brings the energy, power and stretch a regular barre class offers but in 30 minutes!!
Benefits of Yoga
Class opens with a brief Pranayama (breathwork) practice which is a few moments of settling in and connecting to the breath to energize, calm or clear the mind and body in stillness. From there, the instructor guides you through a series of postures (asana). These postures are linked together with movement and breath to create space, awareness and connection of mind and body. Beginning with a warm-up, progressing to the heart of the class then unwinding to the cool down. Savasana is the final pose. This last shape is the final guided meditation that is traditionally done lying down but can be done seated or at the wall if lying down is not comfortable.
